The NE 3000 features a unique touch heart rate sensor grips and an integrated remote keypad for fingertip control. Use this Heart Rate Control feature to take the guesswork out of your fitness program. Simply enter a target heart rate and your workout intensity will be adjusted automatically, providing you with the most effective and efficient workout possible. With the most advanced console in the Nautilus line, the NE 3000 has the following additional features:
