Like all woods, Black Walnut may vary in color from a rich brown to purple-black. Each machine has been hand finished with three coats of Danish Oil giving a deep lustre and warmth to the wood. Wood has been chosen due to its marvellous engineering properties, primary amongst these is its ability to absorb sound and vibration enhancing the WaterRower's quietness and smoothness of use. Black Walnut, like all woods used in WaterRower construction, is a premium hardwood with incredible longevity and dimensional stability.
Now coming with the Brand New Series 4 Monitor. The new S4 monitor has many features and challenging programmes to help the user keep an eye on their progress whilst they workout. Apart from calculating calories burnt, heart rate and distance rowed, it can also predict time over distance, giving true goals to work towards. The easy-to-read monitor with large screen and digits is accurate and reliable and the heart rate digital receiver (extra cost) – compatible with any Polar heart rate monitor – enables users to record their heart rate as they work out
