Every effort is made to ensure that information contained within our websites is
accurate and current. However, home-gym-equipment.co.uk will not be held liable for any
errors or omissions and hold the right to change our prices without notice.
Occasionally, product specifications and colours can change - should this
occur, we will make every effort to inform the customer and offer a similar or
better product in replacement.
All products are subject to availability.
Images on the home-gym-equipment.co.uk websites are meant for illustration purposes only
and aim to provide a guide of what the product will look like once assembled.
Some products are delivered flat packed and may require some assembly.
Optional installation is available for an extra charge.
home-gym-equipment.co.uk reminds customers the use of exercise and/or fitness equipment
should only undertake after consultation with a doctor.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund prior at any time
before the order has been shipped. However should a customer wish to cancel
their order after it has been dispatched, the customer is liable for any
delivery costs incurred by home-gym-equipment.co.uk. This excludes any 'custom made' or
'bespoke' equipment.
Exchanges or Returns
Any goods purchased from one of our showrooms are exchanged at the sole
discretion of our store managers.
By law, customers in the UK have the statuary right under the Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel their order (prior to
shipment) for any item purchased on the Totally Fitness group of websites or
over the telephone, for a full refund. In addition, customers have the right to
withdraw from the purchase of an order within a seven working days cooling off
period after the delivery of the item. Items must be returned to home-gym-equipment.co.uk
at the customers expense in their original packaging and in perfect saleable
order - home-gym-equipment.co.uk reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund
value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that
the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
A full refund minus any delivery and or installation costs incurred by home-gym-equipment.co.uk
will be given. We regret that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to
accept order cancellations of certain products where the products have been
unsealed - such products include heart rate monitors, power breathe and boxing
accessories. Exceptions also apply to all custom made and bespoke equipment
purchased.
In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you require a Returns
Reference Code and authorisation from a member of home-gym-equipment.co.uk staff. To
obtain this, simply email returns@totallyfitness.com you will receive an
automated reply with a Returns Reference Code (that you will need to quote on
all subsequent correspondence). We will review and where appropriate, authorise
your query and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return.
Returns will only be accepted with a valid Returns Reference code and prior
approval from home-gym-equipment.co.uk.
Any promotional items received when purchasing the goods that are to be
returned, must also be returned or paid for in full.
We recommend using a registered service when returning any items to us.
Please note - any customer, who refuses to accept delivery of their order for
any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, will be subject to
a 15% re-stocking fee. In addition, the customer will be liable for any
delivery costs incurred by home-gym-equipment.co.uk.
Warranties
All products sold on both our websites and in-store are covered by a full
manufacturers warranty. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as
well as by product. Customers should refer to the product specific user manual
or speak to a member of the sales team for details of individual product
warranties.
Installation
Please ensure that our installation team:
- have free and unhindered access to the building and installation site.
- all flooring work is complete (including laying of carpets, matting etc.)
- all electrical points are installed, working and tested.
We must be informed at the time of placing the order where the product/s are to
be installed. Customers must complete the home-gym-equipment.co.uk Delivery &
Installation Instructions form ahead of delivery - Failure to do so may result
in delays in the installation and additional delivery costs may be incurred.
home-gym-equipment.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any delivery and/or installation if
the installation team deems the location to be hazardous or the request
unreasonable.
Adequate parking / vehicle access must be provided by the customer. Any charges
incurred by the installer for parking etc. may be chargeable.
The customer is responsible for checking that the installation has been carried
out to their satisfaction. When a customer chooses not to be present at the
installation, it will be deemed as completed to the customers satisfaction.
Delivery
Delivery time
Our standard delivery time for all products is up to 14 working days - please
refer to our website for product specific delivery details.
Every effort will be made to adhere to delivery requests. For items being
delivered and / or installed by home-gym-equipment.co.uk directly we will endeavour to
adhere to specific agreed delivery time slots but can not guarantee these.
home-gym-equipment.co.uk will not accept any claim for compensation arising from late or
missed delivery.
Standard deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through
Friday
Delivery cost stated are for orders placed in Mainland UK - delivery to outside
of the Mainland UK is possible at additional cost. Totally Fitness is able to
ship most of the products featured on this site anywhere in the World. Prices
vary by product and shipping destination.

Collection
Customers are able to collect most items from our showrooms or London
Warehouse. We keep a full range of accessories and a growing selection of
larger items in stock. All orders must be paid in full before collection.
Customs information for International Shipments
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a
shipment reaches their country. Additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by the customer; home-gym-equipment.co.uk has no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to
country; customers should contact their local customs office for further
information. Additionally, when ordering from home-gym-equipment.co.uk, customers are
considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations
of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Restricted access
Customers must ensure that all goods purchase are suitable for the property
where they will be used. If it is found on delivery that any goods will not fit
through any part of the property such as doors/stairwells or are unsuitable for
the chosen room, the customer may responsible for all delivery costs incurred
by home-gym-equipment.co.uk as well as a re-stocking fee should the order be cancelled.
Shortages or Damages
Customers are responsible for checking that all deliveries are complete and
received in good order. Customers are requested to count and check all items
before signing the delivery note.
- if there are any problems such as an order shortfall or product damage, a
customer must make a note of any issues of the delivery note.
home-gym-equipment.co.uk will not accept liability for any goods being received as
unchecked or unexamined. By signing the delivery note, a customer is accepting
that they have received the whole order in good condition.
Any delivery shortfalls, product damage or damage to property incurred during
delivery and / or install by home-gym-equipment.co.uk or one of our subcontracted agents
must be noted on the delivery note and reported to home-gym-equipment.co.uk within 72
hours of delivery. Any shortfalls or damages of any kind, should be notified to
home-gym-equipment.co.uk via email support@totallyfitness.com
