What makes the core board so effective is that it tilts, rocks and swivels in all directions. This three dimensional movement means that you get a total-body workout.
It features a unique recoil design, which is able to respond dynamically to your movements. Thus when you exercise, as you move to one side, the recoil action pushes you back in the opposite direction. Because you are constantly battling this oppositional movement, you are forced to engage numerous deep core muscles that would otherwise not be used.
