Delivery time Our standard delivery time for all products is normally 7-14 working days. However, we are striving to bring this time down and on most occasions it is nearer the 7 than the 14 and sometimes even sooner. Small Order Charge There is a small order charge of 5 for orders under 65. This is to cover our costs for the administration, postage and packing. Every single accessory is sent from our London warehouse. Each item is individually packaged with the utmost care and sent using either Parcel Force or courier services, depending on the weight of the item.  Can I get my order delivered quicker or on a weekend? There are certain products that we can send through a different courier for an additional charge, likewise for weekend deliveries as well. Please get in touch with us or mention it on your order and we will see what we can do. Off Shore U.K. Deliveries For these deliveries, including Northern Ireland, there will be an additional charge, which depends on the item ordered. Most accessories will be delivered free of charge. Collection You are able to collect most items from our showrooms or London Warehouse. We keep all accessories and a growing selection of larger items in stock. Everything has to be prepaid before collection. Worldwide deliveries We are able to ship most of the products featured on this site anywhere in the World. Prices vary by product and shipping destination. For large products, we use reputable shipping companies. For smaller accessories, we use either Business Post or Federal Express.  Customs information For International Shipments - You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
