The GravityStrength Series? delivers a complete combination of strength, flexibility and cardio training in thirty minutes.

GRAVITYPersonalTraining? - This offers clients a wide range of exercises for full-body, functional strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility training. Personal trainers can supervise group sessions or one-to-one training and constantly monitor and adapt training programmes.

GRAVITYPilates? - These 60 minute sessions provide the opportunity for private, small group and large group pilates sessions. GTS personalizes pilates for each individuals height, strength and flexibility - allowing them to perform exercises correctly and feel more successful, regardless of level or experience.

GRAVITYPost-rehab? - Embraced by physical therapists and athletic trainers, Gravity training can be used for clients recently released from rehab. It can be used for post-rehab conditioning on the most common joint disorders of the knee, shoulder and lumbar spine and help return exercisers to full function and performance.
