Ready Drink

There are plenty of ready drinks on the market, all designed to make it easy for you to get a good balance of nutrition when you are at work or on the go.

While ready drinks are not intended as a substitute for good food, they are an ideal way to eat when you are busy, and are a far better choice than turning to junk food.

Ready drinks are designed to offer a careful blend of carbohydrates, protein and fat, with the correct balance of vitamins and minerals.

When should you use them? It is certainly better if you can eat three good meals per day, but if that is not possible, then replacing one meal per day with a balanced blend of this type is a good substitute.

Many people use them instead of breakfast, either because they don't like to eat in the morning, or because they don't have the time to eat breakfast.

Breakfast is an essential meal - people who regularly eat breakfast gain less weight than those who miss it - so anything you can do to ensure that you have some sound nutrition in your stomach at the start of the day is to be welcomed.
